Yogi Meals ~ By Food For The Soul

Hi and welcome! I am Sundari and I am the creator of this website, a food photographer and a cook book author based on yoga and ayurveda which isthe most ancient science of medicine. I love to cook and my passion to is make it healthy, wholesome and delicious at the same time. Here @ Food For The Soul, the vision to provide food that nourishes your body, mind and soul where food is cooked in pure consciousness and hand picked ingredients with innovative recipes. Try it to feel it !!
I m very excited to announce the Yogi Meals ~ By Food For The Soul where you could sign up for meals on weekly basis, 7 lunches that come with healthy salad & salad dressing for a week. The Menu that I would like to offer which come under the special kind of diet called Sattvic meaning in mode of goodness for yogis-Yoga practitioners/various spiritual practitioners. More insight would be to tell you that all the food that I cook is free from onion, garlic, soy, yeast, vinegar, eggplant & mushrooms.
I will be cooking every Monday and Thursday so that my clients can pick up meals every Monday(3 meals) and Thursday (4 meals ). Timing - between 5 pm - 8 pm. Since I love to keep up the quality I will not be taking more than 8 clients meals orders in a week. My idea is not to make it commercial but rather make it very personal and provide real home cooked food experience. One more important thing is packaging and delivering, best is use glasslocks or qulity BPA free containers and not to contribute to the land fill or cause harm to our animal/birds embodied friends and to our planet earth. I always request to provide 7 containers and bring a large thermal bag, temperature control is important in order to keep the food fresh and perishable.I will discuss in more details when you decide to sign up for a week.
Following is the menu for the week with some details about the dishes(plant -based)
Please sign up below or for more details call or text 304-780-5886
