Simple veggie chips , home made healthy way of eating crispy chips!!!!!
Ingredients and Recipe as follows :
Ingredients :
2 purple Potatoes.
2 medium size yam.
Ghee / sunflower oil for frying.
Salt & black pepper powder for seasoning.
Recipe : Wash and slice the potatoes and yams with a slicer and then put them in hot water for 5 seconds and put them all on a dry wash cloth and wipe it all dry and leave them for 10 mins to air dry. now they are ready for frying. season the veggie chips with pepper and salt. (you can also add plantain, sweet potato and Idaho potatoes and make a variety of chips)
