Ayurvedic Recipes by Constitution

Ayurveda divides food based on the predominant quality of Kapha , Pitta or Vata. If you are kapha dominant then you should focus on balancing kapha, if you are pitta dominant then the food you eat should balance pitta and those who are vata dominant should  eat food which balances vata.
