Sundari Dasi born & raised in a traditional south Indian family in Mumbai, India. At a very young age she was introduced to science of Yoga where kitchen and cooking is just the extension of your spiritual life and daily practices. Exploring fresh exotic looking vegetables, aromatic spices and flavors always induced her with more inspiration to understand the ancient sciences of cooking in Ayurveda, Yoga & Foods in mode of goodness. She is the wife of GauraNataraj Das and is also a certified Yoga Teacher, studied Astanga Yoga under a the guidance of a traditional Guru for 3 years in Bangalore, India. She is also an Author of a cookbook based on Yoga and Ayurveda called " Food For The Soul ~ Diet Of a Yogi." she conducts many different kinds of Childrens Yoga, cooking/baking classes.

This cooking workshop based on the book "Food For The Soul" will give a deeper insight into how food cooked with love can transform your body, senses and the mind and experience freedom of the body and boundless joy in your mind. We will share how you can cook Healthy vegan food to Detox , Balance and Strengthen your body. After the cooking session we will have dinner.
