Day 1 - Introduction to Ayurveda and Ayurveda quiz, know your Dosha. (1.5hr Session)
Day 2 - Heal the gut, know how to make your medicinal Ghee at home ~ Brahmi Gritha (Bacopa Monnieri Ghee), Haladi Gritha (Turmeric Ghee), and Sugandhipushpa Gritha (Nutmeg Ghee) Learn to make Traditional Kichri and a side dish. (2hr-2.5 hr Session)
Day 3 - Dinacharya ~ Introducing Ayurvedic habits and lifestyle. Make a meal. ( 2hr-2.5 hr session)
Day 4 - Introduction to Ayurvedic herbs, spices, and making your seasonal teas and detox drinks. ( 2hr-2.5 hr Session)
Day 5 - Ayurveda, Six Tastes, and their Significance, Cook a Curry as per your Constitution. ( 2hr-2.5 hr Session)
Day 6 - Yoga & Meditation Session, Q&A, Make/Bake an Ayurvedic sweet/dessert, and conclude the course.
